Lauren Nicole Canetti

Lauren Nicole Canetti is a self-licensed real-estate Broker in both New York and Florida with over two decades of experience in luxury new-development sales and marketing. Originally from South Florida, she brings deep regional knowledge and long-standing relationships with developers and brokers across both markets, offering clients a rare dual-market perspective. She also offers transactional capabilities across the Hamptons, drawing on over 20 years of market familiarity and local insight, informed by her ongoing presence as a part-time resident of Sag Harbor.

Lauren previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing at CIM Group, a $30B+ AUM real estate investment firm, where she led sales, marketing, operations, and supported investor relations across the firm’s luxury condominium portfolio in New York City and Boston. She oversaw a range of high-profile developments, including 432 Park Avenue, and directed sales strategy and execution resulting in over $1.5 billion in closed transactions. Lauren also played a key role in the pre-development process for a series of ground-up projects- from investment committee and asset acquisition through branding, finish selection, amenity programming, floor plan optimization, sales launch, and team management.

Earlier in her career, Lauren held senior sales roles at several of New York’s top development-marketing firms—including Corcoran Sunshine, Douglas Elliman, and SHVO- representing leading developers on high-profile condominium projects city-wide, with total inventory valued in the billions.

Over the years, Lauren has collaborated with world-renowned architects and AD100 interior designers, contributing to the creation of globally recognized residential developments that define excellence in design and lifestyle.
